Once our successful candidates are registered with Onnara Recruitment and are vetted and verified for their credentials, we activate them to use both the online and mobile apps to choose their desired shifts.
Shift bookings and confirmation are instantly communicated to staff and Clients through our Apps. Our automated system also checks and verifies compliance requirements of our team and alerts them through the Apps if and when a required document is due for renewal thus keeping up with our compliance policy and procedures.
The system will be also available to our Clients once they logged into Onnara’s portal system with allocated passwords and see the post-shift of the allocated staff, as well as staff profile and many other features too. This gives more control and information of booking staff for shifts and tracking, thus reducing manhours spent on administration and calls to our Clients.
Onnara Recruitment will still have its 24/7 service available to our Clients, with personalised service to handle any enquiries with Clients ,in addition to supporting our new automated system.
